Accommodation policy

– Check in: 15.00 – 21.00
– Check out: 10.00

– Minimum stay 5 nights

– A prepayment 15% is needed to book the apartment.

– The payment will be made cash in the arrival day.

– Cancelling policy: There is no charge for cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival. In case of cancellation later than 30 days prior to arrival the whole amount of the deposit is charged. In case of early retirement the total amount of the reservation is charged.

– Cleaning policy: The houses are fully cleaned before arrival. During staying there are no cleaning services. Every house includes basic cleaning equipment. Fresh towels and sheets are provided every three days or upon request. We respect your privacy.

– Cleaning fee 50 euros

– The access to Eco.S.Villa is done with stairs because the garden is built in 3 levels.

– Parties are not allowed.
